Company Forward Integration [Melting facilities]

METCORP has move further to a forward integration & back to back arrangements of melting of Non-Ferrous [Stainless Steel Long & Flat products] & Ferrous [CI, SG Iron & Alloy Iron for the Casting products, Mild Steel Long products] by mutual understanding with independent managements by different segment wise.

Stainless Steel Melting

One of the leading manufacturers, exporters and suppliers of Stainless Steel long products, combine the experience of team members over 20 years with the enthusiasm of a new comer to carry forward the good work, our manufactures / suppliers are able to achieve production capacity up to 60,000 Tons / Annum. Led by the able leadership of the top management team, they have grown multi fold since inception to reach over current top notch industrial position, where the expansion plan for another investment in manufacturing units to build up production capacity with high performance quality of finish products for better serving to Domestic / International buyers.

Looking to the potential higher value addition in case of stainless steel products, the Company decided to tie-up with various manufactures of Stainless Steel long Products from India. At present, company has the capacity to offer different grades of Stainless Steel products like 300 series, 200 series to 400 series.

Casting

METCORP, Within a very short span of tied-up with various manufactures it rose to become a major player in ferrous castings not only in the India domestic market but in the international market as well. It has a capacity of producing a whopping 6000 MT of SG castings. Further, it also made itself known for manufacturing Rolls by being able to produce 1200 MT of Rolls of Alloy Steel, SG Iron, Indefinite Chill and Double Poured quality. Along with castings for Automotive, Insulator, Compressor, Valves & Pump industry. It has the capacity to produce a single largest piece weighing 7 MT.
